About Us
Scrapline is an independently owned and operated Discord bot platform built in Australia. Founded in 2025, the platform grew out of a straightforward frustration: most Discord bots were either too basic to be useful or locked every meaningful feature behind expensive plans with no transparency about what you were actually paying for.
What started as a moderation tool has expanded into a full server management platform. Anti-raid protection, anti-nuke protection, AI moderation, tickets, verification, music, clan systems, leveling, giveaways. Everything is built and maintained with a focus on getting the details right rather than shipping features for the sake of a feature list.
Our Commitment
There is no investor pressure and no growth-at-all-costs mentality behind Scrapline. Features are built because they are genuinely useful, not to pad a comparison table against competitors.
The free Basic tier is not a trial. It does not expire and is not designed to frustrate you into upgrading. It is a fully functional tier that provides real server protection from day one. Premium exists for server owners who need the full platform, including AI moderation, advanced analytics, enhanced verification, and everything else that requires significantly more infrastructure to run.
Active Development
Scrapline is actively developed and maintained. The platform is improving every week. If something is broken, missing, or could work better, the best thing to do is tell us directly. Your feedback shapes what gets built next.

Getting Started
Step 1: Sign In and Choose Your Plan
Log in with Discord from the Scrapline dashboard and select the server you manage. Basic access is instant. Premium unlocks additional modules after checkout.
- Click Go to Dashboard and authenticate with Discord.
- Select the server you want to manage and confirm the invite prompt.
- Pick Basic (free) or upgrade to Premium for the full feature suite.
Step 2: Configure Modules in the Dashboard
Every feature lives in the left-hand Modules panel. Use the card layout to open settings for each module:
- Security, Moderation, and Automod: Dial in experimental Anti-Raid join-spike protection, Anti-Nuke protections, spam, duplicate, mention, caps, emoji, link, and invite shields with punishment thresholds, timeouts, and exemptions. Please report Anti-Raid bugs in the Scrapline Discord during open beta.
- Role Permissions: Use the draggable command matrix to decide which roles can access each slash command.
- Panels and Embeds: Customise verification, ticket, and clan embeds, then click Send to Discord to push them live.
- Announcements and Automations: Schedule recurring posts, slowmode toggles, and giveaways.
- Music Suite: Configure volume defaults, voice channel restrictions, and idle timeouts.
- AI Hub (Premium): Unified AI moderation, toxicity scanning, impersonation detection, scam link detection, sentiment monitoring, moderation reports, and evidence summarisation.
Step 3: Send Panels to Discord
- Open the Panels and Embeds section and choose your panel type (Verification, Ticket, or Clan).
- Click Send to Discord. The bot posts the panel to your selected channel automatically.
- To update styling, adjust settings, save, and use Re-send to refresh the live panel.

Bot Permissions
Every permission Scrapline requests exists for a reason. Here is exactly what each one does, which features depend on it, and what breaks if it is missing.
What it does: Allows the bot to read the server audit log, the official record of who did what (bans, kicks, role changes, channel deletions, etc.).
Features that depend on it:
- Anti-Nuke System - Identifies which user performed a destructive action by scanning recent audit entries. Without this, the anti-nuke cannot attribute actions to the correct user and cannot respond.
- Moderation Logging - Enriches log embeds with the actor who performed a kick, ban, or role change.
What it does: Grants access to server-level settings and metadata.
- Music Priority Queue - Staff members with this permission get priority in the music queue.
- Anti-Nuke - Detects when server settings are changed maliciously.
What it does: Allows the bot to create, edit, delete, and assign roles, and set channel-level permission overwrites.
- Verification System - Assigns the verified role when a user passes verification or CAPTCHA.
- Muted Role - Creates and syncs a server-wide muted role across all channels.
- Ticket System - Sets per-channel permission overwrites so only the ticket opener, staff, and the bot can see ticket channels.
- Clan System - Creates clan roles and assigns them to members.
- Anti-Nuke - Strips dangerous roles from detected nukers.
- Reaction Roles - Assigns or removes roles when users react to messages.
- Auto Roles - Automatically assigns roles to new members on join.
- Lock/Unlock - Modifies @everyone overwrite on a channel.
What it does: Allows the bot to create, edit, move, and delete channels and categories.
- Ticket System - Creates a Tickets category and individual ticket channels. Deletes the channel when a ticket is closed.
- Clan System - Creates dedicated clan text and voice channels.
- Anti-Nuke Recovery - Recreates channels deleted during a nuke attack.
- Verification - May create or configure the verification channel.
What it does: Allows the bot to create, edit, and delete webhooks in channels.
- Panel Posting - The dashboard uses internal webhooks to post ticket, verification, and clan panels to channels.
- Logging Webhooks - Faster, more reliable delivery of mod-log entries.
- Anti-Nuke - Detects and removes malicious webhooks created during a nuke attack.
What it does: Allows the bot to kick members from the server.
- Moderation - The
/kickcommand and automated punishment escalation. - Anti-Nuke - Can kick nukers when the anti-nuke action is set to "kick".
/kick fails. Anti-nuke "kick" response is silently blocked by Discord. What it does: Allows the bot to ban and unban members.
- Moderation - The
/ban,/tempban, and/unbancommands. Automated ban escalation from automod thresholds. - Anti-Nuke - Can ban nukers when the anti-nuke action is set to "ban".
/ban, /tempban, /unban all fail. Anti-nuke "ban" response is silently blocked. What it does: Allows the bot to timeout (mute) members using Discord's native timeout feature.
- Moderation - The
/muteand/timeoutcommands. Automod-triggered timeouts.
/mute and all timeout-based punishments fail. What it does: Allows the bot to see channels in your server. Without this, the bot is blind.
- Everything - The bot must be able to see channels to send messages, read history, post panels, create tickets, log events, or do anything at all.
What it does: Grants access to Discord's built-in server analytics.
- Dashboard Analytics - Enriches the dashboard's server overview with Discord's own insight data.
What it does: Allows the bot to send messages in text channels.
- Everything - Panels, logging, ticket opening messages, welcome messages, mod log embeds, giveaways, announcements, and command responses all require sending messages.
What it does: Allows the bot to delete other users' messages and pin messages.
- Auto Moderation - Deletes messages that trigger spam, invite, caps, emoji, link, or banned-word filters.
- AI Moderation - Deletes toxic or flagged content detected by the AI filter.
- Purge/Clear - Bulk message deletion commands.
What it does: Allows the bot to manage (archive, lock, rename, delete) threads.
- Automod in Threads - Ensures the bot can moderate messages inside threads.
What it does: Allows the bot to send rich embeds (the coloured boxes with titles, fields, images, and footers).
- Everything visual - Panels, mod log entries, welcome embeds, giveaway embeds, slash command responses, and transcript uploads all use embeds.
What it does: Allows the bot to upload files to channels.
- Ticket Transcripts - Uploads HTML transcript files to the transcript channel and via DM when a ticket is closed.
What it does: Allows the bot to read previous messages in a channel (not just new ones).
- Ticket Transcripts - Reads the full conversation history to generate transcripts on close.
- Starboard - Checks existing star reactions and retrieves the original message content.
- Snipe - Retrieves recently deleted messages.
- AI Ticket Summary - Reads channel history to generate an AI-powered summary.
- Auto-Close - Checks the last message timestamp to determine inactivity.
What it does: Allows the bot to use emojis from other servers in its messages and reactions.
- Panels and Embeds - If you configure custom emojis from other servers on ticket/verification buttons, the bot needs this to display them.
What it does: Allows the bot to add emoji reactions to messages.
- Starboard - The bot reacts with the starboard emoji when a message reaches the threshold.
- Suggestions - Auto-reacts with thumbs up/down on new suggestions.
- Polls - Adds reaction options to poll messages.
What it does: Allows the bot to register and respond to slash commands.
- All Commands - Every slash command:
/ban,/kick,/mute,/warn,/ticket,/play,/staff, and all others.
What it does: Allows the bot to send messages even when a channel has slowmode enabled.
- Logging and Moderation - Ensures the bot can post mod log entries and respond to commands in slowmode channels.
What it does: Allows the bot to join voice channels.
- Music System - The bot must join a voice channel to play audio via
/play.
/play and all music commands fail. What it does: Allows the bot to transmit audio in a voice channel.
- Music System - Transmits audio from Lavalink (SoundCloud, YouTube, Spotify tracks) to the voice channel.
What it does: Allows the bot to server-mute or server-deafen members in voice channels.
- Voice Moderation - Staff can use voice moderation to mute or deafen disruptive users via the bot.
What it does: Priority Speaker ensures the bot's audio takes precedence in voice. External Sounds allows custom soundboard sounds.
- Music Quality - Priority Speaker ensures music playback is clear and not interrupted by other voice activity.

Scrapline is a Discord bot with a web dashboard for managing your server. It covers moderation, tickets, verification, clans, anti-nuke protection, music, and more. You control everything from the dashboard at https://scrapline.gg/dashboard.
Log in at https://scrapline.gg/dashboard, go to your dashboard, and click the invite link for Basic or Premium. Make sure you tick the correct permissions during the invite flow. Full details are in the Bot Permissions section.
Your settings are saved and come back automatically when the bot reconnects. Panels reattach to their original channels on startup. Active tickets and open cases are preserved.
Yes. The bot only stores the data it needs to function: server settings, moderation cases, ticket records, and clan data. It does not read or store message content beyond what automod requires. You can wipe your server data at any time by kicking the bot.
Join the Scrapline Discord server (linked at the bottom of the site) or email Contact Support. For billing issues, use the dashboard's support link to reach us directly.
Only what is needed to run: guild settings, moderation history, ticket records, and clan data. No message content is stored unless automod logs a flagged message. You can request deletion of your data by contacting support.
Basic includes moderation commands (kick, ban, mute, warn), a ticket system, verification panels, a clan system, anti-nuke protection, automod, and music playback. Most core features are available on Basic.
Premium includes everything in Basic plus CAPTCHA and enhanced verification, full automod fine-tuning, anti-nuke full suite with recovery, dual-AI content moderation, reaction roles, giveaways, custom commands, advanced analytics, scheduled announcements, leveling system, server listing, and priority support.
Yes. You can start a 3-day free trial from the Premium pricing page. No card is required. The trial gives you full Premium access for 3 days. One trial per user.
Go to https://scrapline.gg/subscriptions/plan/premium and choose a plan. After checkout, head to the Premium dashboard, invite the bot, and select your server to configure it.
Your Premium-specific settings are stored and come back if you resubscribe. If you kick the Premium bot while unsubscribed, you will lose your settings. Basic settings are unaffected. Features locked to Premium will stop working until you resubscribe, but nothing is deleted.
Yes. They run as separate bots with separate configurations. Basic and Premium settings do not overwrite each other.
Subscriptions are tied to the subscription holder, not the server. Transferring ownership does not affect your Premium status as long as you remain an Administrator.
Subscriptions are non-refundable but you keep access until the end of the billing period. If you cancel, no further charges are made. Contact support if you have a billing dispute.
Go to https://scrapline.gg and log in with Discord. Invite Scrapline from the dashboard and select your server from the list. If your server is missing, make sure you have Manage Server permissions.
Commands can take up to an hour to appear after the bot is first invited. If they still do not show, kick the bot and re-invite it. Also check that the bot has the Use Application Commands permission in the channel you are trying to use it in.
The most common cause is missing permissions. The bot needs Manage Channels, Manage Roles, and Send Messages in the ticket category. Also check that the panel was posted after your configuration was saved.
Anyone with Manage Server permission can log into the dashboard and will automatically see that server listed. The Dashboard Access feature (under Settings on the configure page) also lets you create custom dashboard roles and assign specific users by their Discord ID.
Kick the bot from your server. When Scrapline leaves, it automatically wipes all of your server's data including tickets, cases, panels, clans, mutes, giveaways, level roles, and all other settings. Re-inviting the bot starts completely fresh. Note: your subscription and billing data is preserved even after a kick.
Sticky Messages let you pin a message to the bottom of a channel. Whenever new messages push it up, the bot automatically deletes and reposts it so it stays visible. You can create one sticky per channel from the Settings section on the configure page. This is a Premium feature.
When creating a giveaway from the dashboard, you can choose a preset type: standard (random winner), invite contest (most invites wins), or reaction entry. Each preset pre-fills the giveaway settings but you can still customise the embed, duration, and winners. This is a Premium feature.
Automod covers banned words and phrases, spam detection, excessive mentions, and invite links. You can configure the word list and punishment actions (warn, mute, kick, ban) from the dashboard.
Yes. Staff roles are automatically immune based on your dashboard configuration. You can set the immunity mode to cover staff only, admins only, or both.
Use /history followed by the user's mention or ID. This shows all cases logged against that user in your server.
The bot assigns a Muted role that blocks sending messages, speaking in voice, and adding reactions. The mute is stored and lifted automatically when the duration ends, even after a bot restart.
In the dashboard click Configure on your Server, click Moderation on the navigation bar, scroll to Staff Logs, and set the Mod Log Channel to whichever channel you want logs sent to.
By default, 3 kicks, bans, role deletions, or channel deletions within 20 seconds from a single user triggers a detection. Thresholds can be adjusted in the dashboard on Premium.
Depending on your configured response (kick, ban, or strip roles), the bot acts on the offender and posts an alert to your log channel.
Yes, on Premium. Go to Configure and add user IDs to the Anti-Nuke whitelist, or use the /antinuke whitelist_add command. The server owner is always immune regardless of plan.
On Premium, Scrapline takes periodic backups of your roles and channels. If a nuke deletes channels or roles, use /antinuke recover to restore them from the latest backup. Basic plan does not include recovery.
In the dashboard, click Configure on your Server, click Panels and Embeds on the navigation bar, and open the Ticket Panel settings. Set up the ticket category, ticket channel, transcript channel, panel embed settings, and ticket buttons. Click Send to Discord to post the panel. Set your support roles via Staff Roles in the Role Permissions section.
Yes. You can post panels in multiple channels, each tracking its own message ID. Each panel can have different button text and embed styling configured in the dashboard.
When a ticket is closed, the bot generates an HTML transcript of the conversation and posts it to your configured transcript channel. It also sends a copy to the user who opened the ticket if their DMs are open. Both are optional and can be disabled in the dashboard.
Not directly. Once a ticket channel is deleted it is gone. Users need to open a new ticket from the panel. If the ticket is not yet closed but the user has left, staff are able to re-invite the user to the ticket channel.
Go to https://scrapline.gg/subscriptions/manage, open the Subscription section, and click Cancel. Your Premium access stays active until the end of the current billing period with no further charges.
All major credit and debit cards, plus digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely through Stripe.
Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You will receive an email receipt from Stripe each time.
Visit https://scrapline.gg/subscriptions/manage to access the Stripe customer portal where you can update your card details.
Stripe will retry the charge over a few days. If payment ultimately fails, Premium access is suspended and the Premium bot will stop responding in your server. Your settings are kept and restored when payment resumes unless Scrapline is kicked.
The Scrapline Referral Programme rewards you for inviting new users. Share your unique referral link (found in the Referral section of your configure page), and when someone signs up through it and adds the bot to their server, it counts as a completed referral.
For every 10 completed referrals (10, 20, 30, etc.), you receive a unique 15% off promo code. These are one-time-use codes that can be applied at checkout. You can track your progress toward the next milestone using the progress bar on the Referral page.
A referral is only completed when the referred person does both of the following: (1) signs into the Scrapline website via your referral link, and (2) invites the Scrapline bot to a server they own. Until both steps are done, the referral stays as "Pending".
Yes. When someone signs in through a referral link, they automatically receive a 5% off welcome discount code for their first payment. This appears in their own Referral Programme section on the configure page.
No. Each promo code can only be used once and only one code can be applied per checkout. Codes cannot be combined or stacked with other promotions.
Log in to the dashboard, go to any server's configure page, and scroll down to the Referral section. Your unique link is displayed there along with your stats and earned codes.
Check that the bot is online in your member list. If it is online but not responding, confirm it has the Use Application Commands permission in that channel. If commands are missing entirely, kick and re-invite the bot.
If the bot was kicked and re-added, or the panel channel was deleted, panels will not reattach. You will need to create and re-send the panel to your chosen channel.
You need Manage Server permission to see a server in the dropdown. If you have that permission and it still does not appear, log out and back in to refresh your Discord OAuth session.
The most reliable fix is to give the bot the Administrator permission. If you want granular permissions instead, see the Bot Permissions section for a full breakdown.
Refresh the dashboard after a minute. If Premium is still not active, check your email for a receipt from Stripe confirming the charge. If the charge went through but Premium is not active, contact support with your order details.
