Accounts & Access

You must comply with Discord's Terms and all applicable laws. Keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly unless stated otherwise). Prices may change with notice. Taxes may apply.

• Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled
• Price changes will be communicated via email
• Applicable taxes are added at checkout

Trials & Cancellation

If a free trial is offered, you can cancel anytime before it ends to avoid charges. You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

• Cancel anytime from your dashboard
• Access remains until current billing period ends
• No refunds for partial periods (see Refund Policy)

Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the Services. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details on prohibited activities.

User Uploaded Listing Images

When you upload listing pictures or banners, you confirm you have rights to that content and permission to publish it.

• Uploads are restricted to supported image formats and validated before storage
• We may process, resize, crop, and re-encode uploads for security and compatibility
• We may remove or block uploads that violate law, policy, or third-party rights
• You remain responsible for all content you upload to the Services

Intellectual Property

We retain all rights to the Services, software, and content. You retain rights to your own content and grant us a limited license to operate the Services.

Third-Party Services

We integrate with Discord and Stripe. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Scrapline against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia (without regard to conflict of law rules). Venue: NSW courts.

Changes

We may modify these Terms; continued use after notice means you accept the changes.
