Good news everyone! We're bringing AI features to ticketing, and it'll be available to Basic users too, not just paid tiers.
What It'll Do
When a user opens a ticket, the bot will ask smart, situation-specific questions to understand the issue, check in with the user to see if they'd like to speak to staff, and when they do, generate a full debrief of the conversation and automatically tag your support team with all the context. No more "can you explain from the start?" Staff walk in already up to speed.
