AI Ticket Triage Is Here!

Remember when we said AI ticketing was coming? It's live. AI Ticket Triage is now rolling out to Basic and Premium users, exactly as promised, no paywall on the new stuff.

What's actually live

When someone opens a ticket, the AI greets them, works through the issue conversationally, can check their punishment history if they ask, and politely keeps things on topic. When it figures out a user needs a real person, it passes them straight to your staff with a full summary of the conversation. No "can you explain from the start?", your team walks in already up to speed.

Server owners can also feed it a custom knowledge base of up to 10 keyword entries, so common questions get answered the way you want them answered. There's a Notify channel setting too, so escalation summaries land exactly where your staff are watching. We've also built in jailbreak and prompt injection protection that screens every AI input and output before it reaches anyone.

A few other things in this update

Fixed a dashboard lockout that was blocking Basic users from configuration pages, fixed panels being wrongly gated behind Premium (they're available to everyone now), and fixed the auto moderation caps filter still triggering when it was disabled. Anti nuke recovery is also faster now thanks to compression and background processing, which makes a real difference on large servers.

Heads up

AI Ticket Triage is marked experimental for now, along with Anti Raid, the Referral System, and Dashboard Access. If you spot bugs, please report them through the usual channels so we can squash them and push fixes fast.
